Which terms apply

These terms cover the papayacomply.ai marketing site and Agent Aria. They do not govern Papaya Consent Checker.

Consent Checker — including Composer, got pixels?, the hosted app, CLI, API, MCP, and paid subscriptions — is governed by the Consent Checker Terms of Service. Those terms list the current self-serve plans: Professional ($180/month or $2,000/year), Organization ($720/month or $8,000/year), and Unlimited ($2,400/month or $24,000/year). Grandfathered Early Access prices are described there and are not offered to new customers. Those fees apply to Consent Checker. They do not apply to Agent Aria unless a written agreement says so.

Marketing site

You may use papayacomply.ai to read about Papaya and follow links to the products. Do not interfere with the site, misrepresent your affiliation with Papaya Privacy Co., or scrape it in a way that degrades the service. The site’s design, copy, and branding are owned by Papaya Privacy Co. Product names link to services that have their own terms once you leave this site.

Agent Aria

Agent Aria is a hosted accessibility-testing service. It navigates with keyboard and screen-reader behavior and records what that session encountered: labels, focus, traps, task outcome, screenshots, and related notes. You must sign in with the email magic link to run a hosted test. You are responsible for activity on your account and for having any authorization required to test a website.

Reports are informational evidence of observed behavior. They are not legal advice, not a determination that a site does or does not comply with WCAG, the ADA, Section 508, the European Accessibility Act, or any other law, and not a prediction of lawsuits, demand letters, fines, or case outcomes. Have qualified counsel review anything you plan to rely on.

We do not guarantee that a result is complete or that it will match the site at a later time. Websites change. Agent Aria interacts with third-party sites at your direction, and we do not control those sites.

Do not use Agent Aria to attack or disrupt a site, to test a target you are not allowed to test, or to present Agent Aria output as work that did not involve Papaya when you share it with a client, customer, or regulator.

Agent Aria does not use the Consent Checker price list. If a fee applies to an Agent Aria account, it will be stated when you sign up or in a written agreement. The service is provided as is and as available.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Papaya Privacy Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your use of Agent Aria, a third-party site you choose to test, content obtained from the service, or unauthorized access to your account.

General

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update them by posting a new version on this page and changing the date above. Continued use of the marketing site or Agent Aria after an update takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
